Compensation: $30/hour
Benefits:

- Base Pay: $30,000, plus Sales Commission Rate up to 16%
   (target income is estimated $80,000 - $115,000 annually)

Who We're Looking For

Do you love meeting new people and helping them solve problems? Do you enjoy conducting research and organizing information? Do you find satisfaction in coordinating internal and external schedules?

Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in an entry-level sales or business development role, the ability to pass a criminal background check, and at least two professional references. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the US.

Position Overview

As a valued member of Aventacor, the Director of Business Development will perform market research and develop competitive value propositions, identify prospective clients, qualify high potential leads, and manage the sales pipeline. Responsibilities include:

- Research and qualify high-potential leads, and effectively communicate company value propositions.
- Develop client relationships via email, virtual calls, and external communication tools.
- Interface with the Director of Satisfaction to ensure successful client onboarding.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity while accessing sensitive data.
- Communicate information to all stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Typical Day

During a typical day, the Director of Business Development will perform research, contact prospective clients, provide executives with status updates, attend multiple virtual client meetings, and attend a virtual team meeting.

Field Support Engineer

Annual Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000

Position Overview

As a valued member of Aventacor, the Field Support Engineer will provide friendly and professional in-person support to clients at their place of business, and otherwise work remotely to resolve support tickets. Occasional heavy lifting, equipment installation, ladder use, and use of personal protective equipment will be required. Responsibilities include:

- Foster warm and attentive communication virtually and in-person with clients.
- Provide basic software and hardware support with a positive, friendly attitude.
- Prioritize and resolve support inquiries via tickets, email, virtual calls, and in person.
- Communicate technical information to all stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Document all client communication and resolution efforts via internal systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity while accessing sensitive data.

Typical Day

During a typical day, the Field Support Engineer will resolve approximately three dozen client tickets while working remotely, safely drive a company vehicle to three scheduled on-site client appointments, pick up and drop off equipment at a central office, and attend a virtual team meeting.

- Monitor security reporting tools, respond and resolve potential and identified threats.
- Generate and deliver cyber security incident reports and digital forensic reports.
- Lead incident retrospective meetings and provide actionable advice to clients.
- Lead continuous improvement of internal safety and security processes.
- Ensure the ongoing safety of Aventacor personnel and physical assets.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity while accessing sensitive data.
